All purchases of virtual coins on the Muthyam platform are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

2. Exceptions

We may grant refunds under exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate transactions caused by technical errors.
• Unauthorized purchases where sufficient proof is provided.

3. Initiating a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction. You must provide the transaction ID and a clear reason for your request. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
